The new class names—Regulate, Build, and Refine—reflect what we've always believed: the right practice depends on what your body and nervous system can actually receive on a given day.

Each class offers a different level of physical demand, and each serves a distinct purpose. Choosing the practice that best meets you where you are is part of the work itself.

We're also introducing two new offerings designed to deepen your understanding of the practice and support your experience beyond the mat.

Summer Yoga + Ayurveda

A seasonal practice that weaves together yoga and Ayurvedic wisdom.

Through movement, breath, and simple seasonal teachings, we'll explore ways to work with the heat, intensity, and pace of summer. Each class includes cooling practices, practical lifestyle guidance, and a cooling Ayurvedic tea to enjoy together.

No prior experience with Ayurveda is needed.

Foundations of Yoga

A class designed to explore what lies beneath the physical practice.

We'll spend time with alignment, breath, attention, philosophy, and the traditional teachings that give yoga its depth and purpose. Whether you're new to yoga, returning after time away, or looking to deepen your understanding, this class offers a supportive place to learn, ask questions, and build a stronger foundation for practice.
