The Reset
A 30-Day Program that includes unlimited yoga, guided relaxations, Ayurvedic support, and personalized guidance throughout the month.
Not a challenge, not a detox, not a performance.
Just a cozy, regulated space to rebuild your energy and feel better in a world that expects too much and supports too little.

The Truth About "Later"
Life is full. Work, family, caregiving, responsibilities. It’s easy to move through each day on autopilot, promising yourself you’ll make time for rest or self care “later.”
But here’s the truth: that “later” never arrives. Time doesn’t open up on its own. And when you’re constantly running on empty, everything else feels harder - your mood, your focus, even your body. When you carve out even a little time for yourself, everything shifts.
Your to-do list won’t disappear. The kids still need rides, the work emails still come in, dinner still needs to get made. But here’s the difference: it all feels lighter.
Your body moves with more ease.
Your mind has more space.
What once felt like a weight now feels manageable, maybe even meaningful. The Reset doesn’t change what life asks of you. It changes how you feel as you meet it.

What's Included
✨ A Pre-Start 1:1 Check-In (20 minutes)
Before you begin, we’ll connect (in the studio or over the phone) so I can hear what’s been going on for you. This gentle intake sets the tone for your entire month and ensures you’re not guessing where to begin. Virtually or in-studio.✨ Unlimited Yoga for 30 Days

At the 1-week and 3-week marks (or when you need them), we’ll have quick touch points to check on how you’re feeling, troubleshoot challenges, and support your nervous system as it recalibrates. Virtually or in-studio.✨ Weekly Guided Meditations
A short, supportive recording delivered each week via email to help you settle, ground, and reconnect.✨ Weekly Journal Prompts
Simple, reflective prompts to help you track your energy, mood, patterns, and subtle shifts throughout the month.✨ Seasonal Ayurvedic Support

Two classes a week. Gentle support from me. No pressure, no intensity. Just a steady rhythm that actually works with real life.✨ A “Feel Better or It’s Free” Guarantee
If you attend 8 classes and complete your check-ins but don’t feel even a small shift toward steadiness, clarity, or ease, I’ll refund you. No questions asked. I believe in this work, and I want it to feel safe to try. -
Who This is For
The Reset is for anyone who keeps telling themselves they’ll make time for their wellbeing “later”… and later never actually comes.
It’s for the ones who feel stretched thin, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Not because they don’t care, or have failed in some way, but because life has been asking too much for too long.
If you’ve been quietly carrying stress, fatigue, or a sense of “I don’t feel like myself anymore,” this reset is meant to support you where you are, not where you think you should be.
It’s for you if:
• You’ve said “I’ll start next week” more times than you can count
• You want steadiness but can’t seem to find the rhythm on your own
• You’re tired of feeling tired
• You crave a calm, supportive structure without pressure or perfection
• You want gentle accountability and someone in your corner
•You need a space that feels safe, quiet, and grounding, not performative or intense
• You’re ready for a shift, even if it’s a small one
• You want to feel like yourself again
This reset isn’t about discipline or doing more. It’s about creating a container you can finally step into with support, clarity, and a pace that actually works for your nervous system and your life.
If you’ve been waiting for the “right time,” this is your invitation to start before another month slips by. You don’t have to overhaul your life, just begin.

What to Expect in Class
Every class at Sanctuary is designed to be grounding, supportive, and nervous system friendly. We move slowly, we breathe deeply, and we give your body and mind space to settle. Nothing is rushed, forced, or performative, just steady, nourishing movement in a calming environment.
When you walk in, you’ll find a warm, welcoming space with everything you need already here: mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps. You’re invited to settle in, get comfortable, and make the space your own. There’s always tea available if you want something warm during class and the overall atmosphere is intentionally cozy, quiet, and friendly, no pressure, no comparison, no intensity.
Here’s what each class feels like:
Gentle + Meditation (Level 1)
A grounding class for healing, rest, and recalibration.
Most of our time is spent close to the floor, either seated, reclined, or on all fours. Movements are slow and simple, helping release tension and create a sense of ease. We explore breath awareness, gentle mobility, restorative postures, and guided meditations to help your nervous system settle.
What to expect:
Slow, floor-based movement
Supportive, restorative shapes
Breath + meditation woven throughout
A quiet, nurturing pace
Perfect for beginners, those returning after time away, or anyone needing a softer, more supportive class.
Slow Flow (Level 2)
Mindful movement that builds steadiness, confidence, and strength without intensity.
We move at an unhurried pace through standing and seated shapes, linking breath with movement. You’ll still have access to props, and the emphasis is always on feeling stable, supported, and grounded.
What to expect:
Slow, breath-linked movement
Standing + balance sequences
Steady strength-building
Balance + coordination support
This class bridges Gentle + Meditation and Flow, offering challenge without overwhelm.
Flow (Level 3)
A steady, breath-led practice that meets you at a deeper level of strength and awareness, still slow, still grounding, and never performative.
We explore flowing standing sequences, strength work, balance poses, and mindful heat. You’ll always be encouraged to use props, modify, or slow down as needed.
What to expect:
Strength-building through intentional movement
Standing + balance sequences
Breath-led transitions
Alignment-focused guidance
A steady (never rushed) pace
Props offered to support form + ease
This is our most active class, yet still maintains Sanctuary’s signature calm, non-competitive vibe.

FAQs
Do I need to be experienced in yoga?
Not at all.During your Pre-Start 1:1 Check-In, we’ll talk about what’s been going on for you physically, mentally, and emotionally, and I’ll guide you toward the class level that will feel safest and most supportive for your body. You won’t have to guess where to begin, and you won’t be put into a class that expects you to keep up with anything that doesn’t feel right.
What if I miss a week?
Life happens. That’s why the requirement is just 8 classes in 30 days — an average of 2 per week. You can make them up in the same week or spread them out. As long as you complete 8 total, you’re on track. What if I can’t come to class 2x every single week?
The requirement is based on the full 30 days, not perfection week by week. If you attend 8 classes total, you’ll meet the eligibility for the guarantee. How does the refund work?
If you complete the program requirements - 8 classes, complete the two check-ins and don’t feel a positive shift, simply let me know within 7 days of finishing. You’ll receive a full refund, no questions asked. Can I really get my money back?
Yes. This isn’t a trick. If you show up fully and don’t feel the benefits, we’ll return your investment. The only catch is that you do need to complete the program requirements — the guarantee does not apply if you don’t participate. What happens after the Reset?
Many participants choose to continue with our monthly membership to keep their momentum going.
