Starting June 15

The new names, Regulate, Build, and Refine, reflect what we've always believed: that the right practice depends on what your body and nervous system can actually receive on a given day. Each class has a different level of physical demand and each one serves a real purpose. Choosing the right one for where you are is part of the practice.

Joining the schedule on June 15:

Summer Yoga + Ayurveda - A yoga class with Ayurvedic context woven through it. We'll use movement, breath, and simple seasonal teachings to work with the heat, intensity, and pace of summer. Cooling practices, seasonal guidance, a lifestyle takeaway, and a cooling Ayurvedic tea served in class. No prior knowledge of Ayurveda needed.

Foundations of Yoga - A yoga class with more room to explore what's underneath the practice. Alignment, breath, attention, philosophy, and the teachings that give yoga its depth. For newer students, returning students, and experienced practitioners who want to understand what they're practicing and why.
