Embodied Resilience

A 4-Week Journey Into Nervous System Healing

October 7-28

$132 (4 Week Series)

  • Restore balance, cultivate awareness, and build lasting resilience through the science of Polyvagal Theory, the wisdom of Ayurveda, and the practices of yoga.

In a world that pulls us into chronic stress, disconnection, and overwhelm, true healing begins with safety—and safety begins in the body.

Embodied Resilience is a 4-week integrative program designed to gently support your nervous system through the combined wisdom of Polyvagal Theory, yoga, and Ayurveda. Together, we’ll explore how to move from survival mode into a state of connection, regulation, and inner steadiness.

Each session weaves educational insights with experiential practices to help you not only understand your nervous system but begin to truly feel and support it. You’ll leave with a deeper sense of how to listen to your body’s cues, create conditions for safety, and build a foundation for long-term resilience.

  • A Certified Yoga Therapy Experience

Unlike a typical yoga class series, this program draws from the principles of yoga therapy—a personalized, therapeutic approach to yoga that supports healing on the physical, mental, and emotional levels. Each session is intentionally designed to help regulate the nervous system and restore balance through breath, movement, stillness, and self-inquiry. You don’t need to have prior yoga experience—this work is accessible, gentle, and deeply supportive.

Yoga therapy views the individual as a whole system, and this program honors that by integrating both modern neuroscience and ancient wisdom, giving you tools that are not just effective but truly holistic.

This program is led by a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) through the International Association of Yoga Therapists, ensuring the practices offered are safe, trauma-informed, and grounded in both tradition and science.

  • What’s Included:

    • 4 in-person weekly sessions combining education, somatic practices, yoga, and guided self-inquiry

    • Optional between-session practices: journal prompts, breath and movement exercises, Ayurvedic routines

    • A safe, compassionate space for learning, reflection, and nervous system support

    • Resources to continue your healing journey beyond the series

Class size will be limited to 8 participants.

  • This Program Is for You If You:

    • Feel stuck in stress, anxiety, or burnout

    • Are curious about how the nervous system works and how to support it

    • Want to experience healing from the inside out, not just intellectually

    • Are drawn to a gentler, more embodied path toward healing

    Please note:

Embodied Resilience is a beginning, not an endpoint. Nervous system healing is not linear, and it’s not quick—but with the right tools, support, and awareness, you can shift from coping to thriving. This series offers the first steps.
