About Sharon & Sanctuary
Sanctuary Yoga & Wellness was born from what I’ve witnessed and lived myself.
I meet people every day who are rebuilding after illness, injury, trauma, or sheer exhaustion, and others who look strong on the surface but quietly carry the strain of jobs, workouts, and caring for others.
Both need a safe, restorative place where strength and softness can exist together.
As a Certified Yoga Therapist, Licensed PTA, and Ayurvedic Health Counselor, I created Sanctuary to be that place. It’s not about pushing harder or adding more to your plate. It’s about calming the nervous system, moving with compassion, and learning practices that rebuild resilience for the long term.
