Yoga Therapy

Our one-on-one yoga therapy sessions offer a personalized approach to healing, growth, and well-being. Rooted in the wisdom of yoga, Ayurveda, and modern nervous system science, these sessions are designed to support you through specific health challenges, life transitions, or areas where you feel stuck or disconnected. Together, we’ll explore breath, mindful movement, meditation, and lifestyle practices to help restore balance, build resilience, and reconnect you to your own inner resources.

Throughout the year, we also offer small group yoga therapy programs that focus on particular themes or challenges—such as stress, anxiety, or nervous system regulation. These intimate group settings provide both personalized attention and the support of community.
